She assured me a technician would call me back that evening. And he did! Within minutes, I received a call from Ray and he scheduled a time to show up. Ray showed up right on time (in the pouring rain)."

    They installed my a/c unit about 10 years ago and have been doing the preventative maintenance ever since. Had a minor equipment failure and they quickly completed the repair at no cost. Techs are courteous, competent, and proficient. I would not entrust my cooling system needs to anyone else.
